Becky brings a wealth of frontline experience to our team as a seasoned NHS professional with critical care experience . With years spent working in high-pressure hospital environments, she understands better than most the importance of fast, confident decision-making in life-or-death situations.

Her background includes training and mentoring NHS staff across a range of clinical roles.

Becky’s sessions go far beyond the basics, combining medical accuracy with hands-on realism, all delivered with the clarity and confidence of someone who’s been there.

Passionate about raising standards in both public and professional settings, Becky ensures our courses meet the highest benchmarks while remaining accessible, engaging, and rooted in real-world practice

She has a particular passion for paediatric and infant first aid, ensuring those caring for young children are equipped with the skills and confidence to act quickly and effectively in an emergency.

After a career in construction management and Frontline Security, Liam founded BF Training with a clear mission: to raise the standard of first aid training across the UK. Frustrated by the low quality and lack of engagement in the courses he attended, Liam set out to create a training experience that’s not only fully compliant, but practical, relevant, and genuinely empowering. His hands-on industry insight drives a learner-focused approach aimed at making workplaces and communities safer and more prepared.
