First Aid at Work (RQF) – 3-Day Course This comprehensive, 3-day accredited course is designed for those who are responsible for first aid in higher-risk workplaces or larger organisations. It provides learners with in-depth knowledge, practical skills, and the confidence to manage a wide range of first aid emergencies, ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) requirements. What the course covers: Primary and secondary assessment CPR and use of an AED (defibrillator) Recovery position and managing unresponsive casualties Choking, bleeding, burns, and fractures Head injuries, strokes, heart attacks, and seizures Anaphylaxis, asthma, diabetes, and shock Workplace-specific scenarios and risk assessment Record-keeping, reporting, and first aid legislation Taught by experienced trainers from clinical and emergency backgrounds, this course combines detailed theoretical knowledge with highly practical, scenario-based learning. It is ideal for designated workplace first aiders, site supervisors, and those working in construction, manufacturing, warehousing, education, and similar settings. Why book this course? If a course is booked at your workplace the course content will be tailored to your industry and or workplace. These courses are all inclusive and can be delivered up to 12 learners.

BF Training – Booking Policy At BF Training, we provide First Aid courses at our venues, on-site at your location, and through blended learning. Please read our policy to ensure a smooth booking experience. 1. Booking & Confirmation Bookings are made via phone, email, or online. Confirmation is issued upon full payment or approved purchase order. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Training Options Our Venue: Public courses scheduled throughout the year. On-Site: We come to your premises; a suitable training space must be provided. Blended Learning: Online theory + in-person practical. Both parts must be completed for certification. 3. Payment Terms Payment is required at booking unless agreed otherwise. Invoices must be paid within 14 days and no later than 5 working days before training. Accepted methods: card, bank transfer, or invoice (for approved clients). 4. Cancellations & Transfers Individuals: 7+ days’ notice: full refund or free transfer. <7 days: non-refundable; one-time transfer at our discretion. No-shows: charged in full. Groups / On-Site: 14+ days: full refund. 7–13 days: 50% fee. <7 days: full fee due. Transfers require 5 working days’ notice. 5. Attendance & Late Arrivals Full attendance is required for certification. Late arrivals may be refused entry and charged in full. 6. Certification Issued upon successful course completion. Valid for up to 3 years, depending on the course. Replacement certificates may incur a small fee. 7. Learner Requirements Delegates must be physically able to complete practical tasks.
